Your environment is either training you or breaking you.
There is no neutral.
If your space is chaotic, your mind will be chaotic. If temptation is easy—you will fall into it.

Remove What Weakens You
Junk food
Distractions
Time-wasting habits
Build Friction Against Failure
Make bad choices harder
Create barriers between you and weakness
Make Strength Easy
Prep meals
Set out workout gear
Design your day before it starts
Audit Your Circle
Who you’re around matters
Weak energy spreads fast
You don’t rise above your environment. You default to it.
So build one that makes winning automatic.
Episode 23 – Ready for the Storm: Pressure Reveals the Truth
The storm is coming.
Stress. Conflict. Chaos. Pain.
That’s not negative thinking, that’s reality.
And when it hits…
You don’t become strong.
You reveal what you are.

Doing hard things on purpose
Control Your Response
Breathe before reacting
